Crown Atlantic Co., LLC (Crown), appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County that reversed a decision of the Zoning Hearing Board of Sadsbury Township (Board), which had granted Appellants application for a use variance to construct a telecommunications tower adjacent to the Route 30 Bypass in Sadsbury Township, Chester County. After careful review of the record, we reverse and remand the case to the Court of Common Pleas.
